Shraddha Yadav runs Dotshot Digital, a creative and digital marketing agency she started in 2023. What began as a small setup has slowly grown into a team that works with different brands on their online presence.
She spends most of her time on social media, design, and figuring out what actually works for a brand instead of just following trends. She’s quite involved in the day-to-day work—reviewing posts, fixing small details, and sometimes redoing things until they feel right.
She also handles shoots when needed, mainly because she prefers content that looks natural and not overly staged. Over time, she has built a team that now manages SEO, websites, and video work.
For her, it’s not about big claims—it’s about doing consistent work and helping brands grow in a way that makes sense.
